Help us serve you better

Last week, we shared word of the course that CBC/Radio-Canada has charted for the next five years. In its essence, Everyone, Every way is a promise to deepen our relationship with Canadians, and to be more public, more regional, and more digital in all that we do to serve you.

That’s our plan. After months of grappling with it, and helping to give shape to it and get it out the proverbial door, it makes sense and means something to me. But, as a strategist and a conversationalist, I’m more interested in what got through — and what it means — to you. What resonates with you? What do you think should be top-of-mind for us, as we get on with it?

Seems to me that deepening relationships calls for a little give-and-take on everyone’s part. We’ve (hopefully) given you a good sense of how we’re looking to evolve. It’d be great if you’d take a few minutes to tell us what you think.

I invite you take a closer look at Everyone, Every way and to share your thoughts with us between now and March 31, 2011 via our online consultation: http://www.cbc.radio-canada.ca/strategy2015.

Once it’s all said and done, we’ll post a digest of what you and other Canadians have had to say, and we’ll factor it into our plans to push forward.
